当前矿山年检存在的问题及对策探讨

Discussion on Existing Problems in “Annual Examination of Mines” and its Countermeasures

分析了目前矿山年检在实施过程中出现的矛盾和问题，提出今后年检工作必须从集中突击式年检向全年日常性年检转变；从分级年检向一级年检转变；从科室负责制向单位负责制转变；从重依法采矿向重科学采矿转变。

The existing contradiction and problems in 'Annual Examination are analyzed in this paper. In view of the above,“four-change” are must realized in“ Annual Examination” including from by making a concentrated effort to yearly and daily, from examination by each level respectively to single - level examination, from section office in charge to unit in charge, from emphasizing mining according to saw to emphasizing scientific mining.
