摘要
本文提出了一种新的易淬火材料的双脉冲点焊规范,使双脉冲点焊接头的抗拉、抗剪强度有较大的提高.并在双脉冲点焊的基础上进行了三脉冲点焊实验。结果表明,适当的三脉冲规范比双脉冲更具有优越性。本文结合核心金相组织着重对双、三脉冲规范中各次脉冲的作用及效果进行了探讨,这对某些强度要求高的零件点焊具有一定的意义。
By testing the mechanical performance and organization of two-pulse spot welding joint of material that can be easily quenched, it is believed that the conventional two-pulse spot welding is not perfect. A new double pulse spot welding norm used to weld material that can be easily quenched is presented in this paper. This new spot welding norm raises the shearing and tensile strength. Besides, three-pulse spot welding is also studied on the basis of two-pulse spot welding. It has been proved by the studying results that the three-pulse spot welding norm is more preferable to the two-pulse spot welding norm, and the shearing strength of welding joint is greatly raised. It is significant for work pieces that ask for high quality welding joint in oil, chemical, space flight and aviattion industry.
