摘要 This thesis discourse upon the influence of Dickinson's life experience on the creation of poems.Dickinson,a sentimental,sensitive,shy woman living a reclusive life in Amherst village,becomes a legend in the history of American literature.She writes almost 1800 poems on various themes,mainly about "God","Death","Life","Love","Nature" and "Immortality".
