宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连105例疗效及安全性分析

Therapeutic Effect and Security Analysis on 105 Cases of Hysteroscopes in the Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesion

目的分析宫腔镜下治疗宫腔粘连的疗效及安全性;术中放置"O"型节育环,术后人工周期防止宫腔再粘连的疗效。方法回顾性分析宫腔镜诊治的105例宫腔粘连患者的临床资料。结果 105例手术均顺利完成,无一例发生子宫穿孔、电解质紊乱、大出血等并发症。术后随访,妊娠率57.6%,经量恢复正常率76.9%,月经恢复率90.0%,腹痛缓解率92.6%。结论宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连是安全有效的方法,术中放置"O"型节育环,术后人工周期治疗能有效防止宫腔再粘连。

Objective To analyze the effect and security of hysteroseopcs in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion.To analyze the effect of placement of ＂O＂ forma IUCD and artificial menstrual cycle therapy after the surgery for three month. Methods Retrospective analysis on 105 cases of Hysteroscopes in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion, follow up 3 month to 2 years after the surgery. Results 105 cases of hysteroseopes surgery were successfully completed, without one case of complications such as uterine perforation, electrolyte disturbance, hemorrhage.Follow up： pregnancy rate 57.6%, menstrual volume put hack rate 76.9%, menstruation recovery rale 90.0%, abdominal pain remission rate 92.6%.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for intrauterine adhesion is safety and effective. It is useful to prevent readhesion while place ＂O＂ forma IUCD in surgery and use artificial menstrual cycle therapy after the surgery.
