前列腺等离子电切术与开放手术的疗效与护理比较 被引量:2

Difference of Clinical Outcomes and Nursing Efficiency between Transurethral Plasma Kinetic Prostatectomy and Suprapubic Prostatectomy

摘要 目的探讨TUPKP术和开放前列腺摘除术的手术效果、护理工作效率和护理方法。方法比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、置尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间、平均住院天数等方面,并进行统计学处理和分析。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、留置导尿时间、膀胱冲洗时间,平均住院天数和手术并发症,TUPKP组较开放前列腺手术明显减少(P<0.01)。结论 TUPKP组与开放前列腺手术组比较治疗效果完全相同,且手术时间短,术中出血少,安全性高,留置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间均缩短,并发症减少,可明显提高护理工作效率和质量,而完善的术后护理进一步促进了患者康复。 Objective To assess surgical outcomes and nursing efficiency between transurethral plasma kinetic prostatectomy( TUPKP ) and suprapubic prostatectomy. Methods Compare and analyze the difference of the intraoperative blood loss, urethral catheter detaining time, bladder douche time, mean hospitalization time between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, there was a significant decrease of intraoperative blood loss, urethral catheter detaining time, bladder douche time, mean hospitalization time and surgical complications in the TUPKP group. Conclusion Compared with suprapubic prostatectomy, TUPKP had the same therapeutic effect, but higher security, TUPKP could decrease intraoperative blood loss, urethral catheter detaining time, bladder douche time, with less surgical complications. So TUPKP can improve significantly the efficacy and quality of nursing and thus promote patients' recovery.
