摘要
结合上海沙伯基础创新塑料三期扩建软水循环冷却水系统项目,对密闭式工业循环冷却水系统节水节能的特点,从投资以及运行各方面,与开式循环冷却水系统做了一些比较。并对管路系统的设计、膨胀水箱的设置、循环水泵的选型及水泵进出口管路设计等做了初步的分析和探讨。
Based on the soft water circulating cooling system of the phase Ⅲ extension project of SABIC Innovative Plastics（Shanghai） Co.,Ltd.,the water and energy saving characteristics of enclosed type industrial circulating cooling water system was compared with that of the open type water circulation system from the aspects of investment,operation and so on.Meanwhile,the primary analysis and discussion on the design of pipeline system,setting of expansion tank,type choosing of circulation pump and the design of import and export pipeline of pump were carried out.
