摘要
论述了废旧腈纶毛线在常压碱法水解条件下，采用酸碱滴定分析方法测定氰基转化率，讨论了反应时间、温度、投料比等因素对水解反应的影响。水解产物的红外光谱分析表明，水解产物是含有羧基、酰胺基、环亚胺基等多种结构单元的共聚物。
The arthor elaborates the measurement of the cyanogen group inversion rate of waste PAN yarn using acidic titrimetry under the condition of constant pressure alkali gydrolyzation.The effect of the reaction time,temperature and feed ratio on hydrolyzation reation is discussed.The infrared spectral analysis of the hydrolyzation product shows that the hydrolyzation product contains carboxyl,acetamide group,and a small amount of cyanogen group.
