摘要
为清除燃煤电厂输友管内的灰垢,进行了试验研究.研究结果表明,采用管外贴壁装药的控制爆破方法,可有效清除价灰管内的灰垢.在爆炸压缩波和反射拉伸波的作用下,装药点附近-60°~60°范围内的灰垢得到了有效的破坏,并得到了应变峰值随药量交化的关系式.
A mock-up test was carried out in order to descale the ash tusport pipeline in a power plant. The results show that a controlled blasting method by charging on out wall of pipe can effectively descale ash transport pipeline. under the action of explosive generated compressional and reflectional tensional waves, the encrustation in the range of -60°~60° around charging point is effectively destroyed.
