摘要
对二甲醚罐区进行了重大危险源的辨识;通过数学模型,模拟分析了二甲醚储罐和罐区池发生火灾或爆炸事故时的危害程度;从储罐设计、维护和管理方面,提出了二甲醚储罐的安全运行措施。
Identification of important dangerous source was made for dimethyl ether tank area;through mathematic model author has simulated the dangerous degree in case of explosion accident or fire caused in the dimethyl ether tank and tank area pool;has presented the safety operation measures for dimethyl ether tank from aspects of tank design,maintenance and management.
