摘要
以产品纯度和提取率为评价指标,通过正交设计实验,以L18(37)安排实验。根据实验结果,利用矩阵分析法对正交实验设计进行优化。建立正交实验的三层结构模型和层结构矩阵,将各层矩阵相乘得出实验指标值的权矩阵,并计算得出影响实验结果的各因素各水平的权重;根据权重的大小,确定最优方案以及各个因素对正交实验的指标值影响的主次顺序。在最优工艺条件下所制得产品的纯度为76.3%,回收率为95.6%。
Based on the previous works of steviosides separation and orthogonal design optimization,the separation conditions of steviosides were improved by the macroporous adsorption resin using orthogonal design method,and the experiment was designed according to the orthogonal array L18(37).After this work,the influence order and the optimal value of each fact or that affect the recovery and the purities were obtained respectively.The final separation conditions were found out on the basis of comprehensive analysis and experiment.The product obtained under the optimal conditions presented the purity of 76.3%,and a recovery of 95.6%.
