摘要
以对甲基苯胺与冰醋酸为原料,通过酰化反应合成对甲基乙酰苯胺,考察了反应物摩尔比、反应时间及反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明,合成对甲基乙酰苯胺的最佳实验条件是:冰醋酸与对甲基苯胺物质的量之比为2.5∶1,反应时间为60 min,反应温度为105℃,收率84%。
p-Acetotoluidide was synthesized from p-toluidine and acetic acid through acylation reaction.The effect of molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on reaction were discussed.Results showed that the best experiment conditions were as follows: molar ratio of acetic acid to p-toluidine was 2.5∶1,reaction time was 60 min,reaction temperature was 105 ℃.The yield was 84%.
