摘要
考察新中国成立以来社区建设的演进路径和基本经验,可以清楚地看到:社区建设是一个与经济、政治、文化共生的社会建设范畴领域,社区建设的基本要求是城乡统筹,社区建设的核心问题是以分类治理为取向的社区体制改革。
