在下花园煤矿宣东二矿主井工程施工过程中， 实行项目法管理， 取得了宣东二矿主井井筒冻结段月均成井６６ ．９ ｍ 、基岩段月均成井１０８ ．９ ｍ 、全井筒月均成井１０３ ．６ ｍ 的好成绩， 尤其是１９９７ 年９ ～１２ 月分别创基岩段月成井９６ ．０ ｍ 、１４１ ．０ ｍ 、１３３ ．１ ｍ 、１１０ ．０ ｍ ，４ 个月平均月成井１２０ ．０ ｍ ， 两次打破中国煤炭建设总公司第一建设公司立井基岩段月成井１１７ ．８ ｍ 的记录， 工程质量优良．

In order to make full use of the mechanized equipment for the vertical shaft,the project management method has been adapted to the construction performences in Xiahuayan coal mine of No.2 mine of Xuandong.In this way,the speed in the per month construction of the completing shafts in the freezing section,the rockbase section have greatly improved.The average speed per month for completing the shafts is 120?m in a sucssetion of 4 months.And the records have been tiwce broken in the construction speed.
