多级串联等体积全混流反应器与平推流反应器等效性研究——以二级可逆反应为例

摘要 在多级串联全混流反应器中,在等温等容条件下给出了二级可逆反应第N级反应器的出口浓度表达式。讨论了在相同操作条件下,达到平推流反应器的转化率所需要的等体积串联全混流反应器的级数N;主要考察了正反应速率常数k1、平衡常数K、反应物初始浓度之比M、停留时间τ等因素对N的影响,得出了N与正反应速率常数k1、相平衡常数K以及停留时间τ的关系曲线呈抛物线,有极大值N=7,串联2~7个等体积全混流反应器就可达到要求;且随着M的增大N没有太大变化,而且,随着k1,K,M以及τ的增大,转化率增大。此外,当N〈5时,转化率增长较快,当N〉5时,增长较缓慢。 The second-order reversible reaction expression of the N-level reactor exit concentration was presented in the multi-stage stirred tank reactors in series under the certain volume and thermal.The required series N of an equal volume of stirred tank reactors in series to achieve the conversion of the plug flow reactor was discussed in the same operating conditions.The effects of the positive reaction rate constant k1,equilibrium constant K,the ratio of initial concentration of reactant M,residence time τ on N were studied.The results showed that N with the positive reaction rate constant k1,equilibrium constant K and residence time τ of the curve is a parabola,and maximum series of N is 7.Meanwhile,equal volume series 2~7 stirred tank reactors can meet the requirements of conversion rate.N hardly changes with the increase of M.And,conversion rate increases with the increase of the k1,K,M and the τ.In addition,the conversion rate in the condition of N 5 increased rapidly compared with the one for N 5.
