摘要 为了对螺旋板式换热器进行数值模拟,建立了换热器的数学模型。使用等角度间隔将换热器中的流体分为多个流动单元,将换热面分为多个传热面单元,建立了流动单元与传热面单元之间的对应关系。应用传热学原理建立了螺旋板式换热器的数学模型。利用这一模型,对实际型号的螺旋板换热器进行了模拟计算,得到了换热器内的温度分布、总传热系数及总流动阻力。模拟计算所得的流体温度分布及总传热系数等数据与实验数据吻合较好。 In order to simulate spiral heat exchanger,the numerical model of heat exchanger is established.Fluid inside the exchanger is divided into a number of flow units by equal angle,heat transfer surface is also divided into a number of heat transfer surface units.The relation between flow units and surface units is established.The numberical model of the spiral heat exchanger is established based on heat transfer principle.Using this model.Calculation is made to calculate the actual spiral plate heat exchanger by the numberical model,and the distribution of temperature,total heat transfer coefficient and total flow resistance inside the exchanger are obtained.The simulation result of fluid temperature distribution and the total heat transfer coefficient consistent with the experimental data.
