摘要
用有限元方法研究了2 种典型的非对称结构及参数的动静压轴承的静动特性.结果表明:非对称结构及参数的动静压轴承的轴心位置与承载能力及承载角的关系具有特殊性,在工作状态下具有偏心较大、动压与静压共同作用、刚度高、阻尼大且刚度Kxx与Kyy、阻尼Dxx与Dyy差异显著的特点.
The static and dynamic characteristics of two hybrid journal bearings with unsymmetrical structure and parameters are studied by FEM. The results show that the two hybrid journal bearings have some particular characters in relationships between the position of shaft center and both the load capacity and its direction, under working conditions. They have characteristics of quite large eccentricity ratios, both dynamic and hydrostatic pressure acting together clearly, very great coefficients of stiffness and damping. Their coefficients of stiffness K xx and K yy are quite different, so are their coefficients of damping D xx and D yy .
