子痫前期患者血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α与临床指标相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在子痫前期发病机制中的作用及其与临床指标相关性。方法:采用ELISA方法检测20例正常晚期妊娠妇女及20例重度子痫前期血清中TNF-α的表达水平。结果:正常、重度子痫前期血清中TNF-α表达水平分别为(25.98±58.98)μg/L、(128.83±100.26)μg/L。子痫前期血清中TNF-α与24 h尿蛋白总量、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、β2微球蛋白、肌酐、尿酸、白蛋白均呈正相关;与新生儿体重呈负相关。结论:子痫前期血清中TNF-α表达水平明显升高,与子痫前期临床指标密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)and clinical data in normal pregnancies and patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods ELISA was used to measure levels of TNF-αin 20 normal late pregnant women and 20 patients with severe preeclampsia.Results The levels of TNF-α serum in normal and severe preeclampsia were(25.98±58.98)μg/ L,(128.83±100.26)μg/L respectively.They were all obviously significant(P0.01).TNF-α levels of serum in preeclampsia were obviously positively correlated with the levels of SBP,DBP,MAP,β2 micro globulin,creatinine,uric acid,albumin,and negatively correlated with weight of newborn.Conclusion The results suggest that the levels of TNF-α in serum are significantiy increased in preeclampsia,and closely related with preeclamia clinical indicators.
