瑞舒伐他汀联合应用依折麦布治疗高胆固醇血症的临床研究

The study of combining rosuvastatin with ezetimibe therapy hypercholesterolemia

目的:观察联合应用瑞舒伐他汀与依折麦布治疗对严重高胆固醇血症的降脂疗效。方法:将64例高脂血症患者随机分为瑞舒伐他汀与依折麦布治疗组和瑞舒伐他汀对照组,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血脂变化。结果:瑞舒伐他汀与依折麦布可显著降低TC、TG及LDL-C,使HDL-C明显提升,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗的有效率上治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀与依折麦布联合使用,降脂效果明显,疗效好,不良反应少,是理想的降脂方案。

Objective To observe the combined rosuvastatin and ezetimibe treatment of severe hypercholesterolemia on the lipid-lowering effect.Methods 64 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group received rosuvastatin and ezetimib while control group received rosuvastatin,observed the clinical efficacy and serum lipids after treatment.Results Rosuvastatin and ezetimibe significantly reduced TC,TG and LDL-C while HDL-C significantly improved.In cntrast TC,TG and LDL-C was significantly reduced than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion rosuvastatin and ezetimibe combination lipid-lowering effect is obvious,good efficacy,adverse reactions,is the ideal lipid-lowering program.
