可脱性弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察并讨论可脱性弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效及技术要点。方法:18例患者的18个动脉瘤中,12个采用电解可脱弹簧圈(GDC)栓塞治疗,6个采用水解脱铂金弹簧圈(DCS)栓塞治疗。结果:18例患者中,17个动脉瘤微弹簧圈栓塞后3~6个月DSA随访,100%栓塞10例,95%栓塞4例,90%栓塞3例,且无任何后遗症。伴严重动脉粥样硬化1例,因动脉硬化栓子脱落,导致左小脑后下动脉闭塞,自动出院。结论:可脱性弹簧圈栓塞术具有微创、安全可靠、效果确切的特点,是治疗颅内动脉瘤较理想的方法。
