摘要
针对引进型300MW汽轮机组出力不足问题,应用先进的汽轮机通流部分准三元流场计算与热力系统性能计算相迭代求解的方法进行分析计算,结合现场诊断试验和实测检查等工作,找到了出力不足的原因,制定了改造措施,并在沙角4号和5号汽轮机组上实施,取得了成功.
Computational analyses in view of the undercapacity problem of imported type 300 MW steam turbo units are conducted by simultaneously solving the neo three dimensional flow field equations of the turbine blading and the heat balance equations of the thermal system. On this basis and in combination with on site diagnostic testing and measurement, the causes of the problem are found out and modification measures are proposed. The implementation results on steam turbines No.4 and No.5 of the Shajiao Power Plant show that the measures are successful.
