心理护理在手外伤患者术前的临床应用

目的:探讨心理护理缓解手外伤患者术前焦虑和恐惧心理的临床应用方式和疗效。方法:选择在我院手术的49例手外伤患者,根据患者不同年龄段和不同受伤原因的心理特征,针对性地采取不同的护理方式、心理疏导,评定患者心理干预前后的心理学测试(SAS)、血压和心率的变化情况,并进行统计学分析,观察心理护理对缓解患者紧张焦虑情绪的疗效。结果:该组患者心理干预前后的焦虑值经统计学分析,P<0.05,血压(收缩压)和心率变化情况经统计学分析,P<0.01,均有统计学意义。结论:加强对手外伤患者的术前心理护理,可有效地减轻患者的焦虑和恐惧感,使患者能从心理和行动上尽快地接受并配合手术,为手术赢得最佳时机,增强患者对手术的耐受性,极大地提高手术的成功率,并有利于术后恢复。

Objective Explore the psychological care to alleviate preoperative anxiety in patients with hand injuries fear of the clinical application of methods and treatments.Methods Select in our hospital 49 cases of hand trauma surgery patients,according to the patients of different ages and different causes of the psychological characteristics of injury,targeted to different methods of care,psychological counseling.Assessment of psychological intervention in patients before and after psychological testing（SAS） and blood pressure,heart rate changes in the statistical analysis,observations of psychological care to alleviate feelings of efficacy in patients with anxiety.Results This group of patients before and after the anxiety of the value of psychological intervention by the statistical analysis,P0.05,blood pressure（SBP） and heart rate changes by the statistical analysis,P0.01,both statistically significant.Conclusion Strengthen the opponents of psychological trauma in patients with preoperative care,effectively reducing the patient＇s anxiety and fear of surgery so that patients from the psychological and action to accept and support a surgical operation as soon as possible,in order to win the best time for surgery,can enhance surgical patients of tolerance,greatly increased the success rate of surgery is conducive to the body after recovery.
