卡介苗多糖核酸联合中药抗敏口服液治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

BCG-PSN combined with traditional Chinese anti-allergy oral clinical observation of treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:观察卡介苗多糖核酸联合中药抗敏口服液治疗慢性荨麻疹临床效果。方法:96例慢性荨麻疹患者接受卡介苗多糖核酸和中药抗敏口服液联合治疗,为联合治疗组;120例慢性荨麻疹患者仅饭前口服中药抗敏口服液,为对照组。统计分析两组4个疗程后有效率。结果:联合治疗组经4个疗程治疗后有效率为84.38%,治愈96例,复发率为4.17%;对照组治疗后有效率为41.67%,治愈31例,复发率为32.26%。比较两组有效率和复发率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡介苗多糖核酸联合中药抗敏口服液治疗荨麻疹较中药单独治疗疗效更显著,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid plus anti-allergy oral drug.Methods 96 Chronic urticaria patients received the therapy combining BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid and anti-allergy oral drug,which was combined therapy group.And 120 patients received only anti-allergy oral drug.Then analyses the effective rate of two different therapy method.Results The effective rate of combined therapy group was 84.38%,96 patients have been cured,and recurrence rate was 4.17%.The effective rate of control group was 41.67%,31 patients have been cured,and recurrence rate was 32.26%.The effective rate and recurrence rate were significant different between the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid plus anti-allergy oral drug is more predominant than anti-allergy oral drug,which has clinical value to therapy Chronic urticaria.
