摘要
为探讨经肛门内窥镜微创手术（TEM）的护理配合要点．本研究对由手术室腔镜专科护士小组专人负责的14例TEM患者资料及护理体会进行回顾分析。结果显示，14例TEM均顺利完成。结果表明，TEM是近年来开展的一项新技术，通过加强患者围手术期护理，完善各项术前准备．术中密切配合，摆置正确手术体位，术后严密观察病情，可确保TEM安全顺利实施。
The objective of the study was to summarize the experience in nursing the patients who under went transanal endoscopic microsurgery（TEM）. The clinical data of the 14 patients were analyzed retro spectively. Results showed that TEM was successfully conducted on all the 14 cases. TEM is a newly con ducted procedure in author＇s hospital, and throughful perioperative nursing, complete preoperative prepara tion, close intraoperative coordination, correct operative position and tight observation on postoperative sta tus of the patient are the guarantee for the satisfactory implementation of TEM.
