高位复杂性肛瘘的外科治疗 被引量：3

摘要 一般认为，肛瘘是肛门直肠周围脓肿的后遗疾病，不能自愈，手术是其惟一有效的治疗方法，而正确处理内口、瘘管及残腔是手术成功的关键。对于低位单纯性肛瘘患者，无论瘘管切开还是切除，治疗效果均令人满意，不存在术后肛门功能障碍的风险；
