综合康复治疗对脑瘫患儿发育商及智能结构的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on developmental quotient and intelligent structure of children with cerebral palsy

目的:探讨综合康复治疗对脑瘫患儿发育商及智能结构的影响。方法:采用Gesell发育量表及自身对照的方法观察116例脑性瘫痪儿童经过3个月的运动功能训练、推拿按摩、中药熏蒸、高压氧等综合康复治疗后发育商及智能结构变化。结果:脑瘫患儿呈现智能发育延迟,并且不同智能能区发育不平衡,表现为粗大运动明显落后于适应性、精细运动、语言和个人社会等能区(P<0.01)。经3个月综合康复治疗后,脑瘫患儿粗大运动、精细运动、适应性、语言及个人社会5个能区的发育商和总发育商较治疗前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复疗法对脑瘫患儿的发育商和粗大运动、精细运动、适应性、语言及个人社会等能区均有提高作用,是目前治疗脑瘫的重要方法。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on developmental quotient and intelligent structure of children with cerebral palsy.Methods：Gesell development scale and self-control method were used to observe the changes of developmental quotient and intelligent structure of 116 children with cerebral palsy after comprehensive rehabilitation including kinesitherapy,massage,Chinese herb fumigation and hyperbaric oxygen for 3 months.Results：Mental retardation was showed in children with cerebral palsy,and the development of different intellectual domains was imbalanced,which showed that gross motor was significantly delayed than adaptation,fine motor,language and individual-social domains（P0.01）.After treated with comprehensive rehabilitation for 3 months,the developmental quotients of five domains（gross motor,fine motor,adaptation,language and individual-social domains） and total developmental quotient of children with cerebral palsy were improved significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the development quotient and five domains including gross motor,fine motor,adaptation,language and individual-social domains,which is an important method for treatment of cerebral palsy.
