整体护理在乳癌根治术患者围手术期中的应用

Application of holism nursing care in the perioperative care on radical operation of mastocarcinoma

目的:探讨整体护理在乳癌根治术患者围手术期中的应用,评价其效果。方法:选取因乳腺癌入院68例女性患者,均行乳腺癌改良根治术,随机分为试验组(整体护理组)和对照组(常规护理组)各34例。观察两组患者术后并发症的发生情况。根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),评定干预前后的焦虑值和抑郁值。结果:试验组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组经干预后的焦虑值和抑郁值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理能够缓解乳腺癌患者围手术期心理异常,减轻患者的痛苦,减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the application of holism nursing care in the perioperative care on radical operation of mastocarcinoma and evaluate nursing efficacy.Methods 68 cases of patients with breast carcinoma were selected were randomly divided into experimental group（holism nursing care）and control group（commom care）,there was 34 cases patients in every groups,postoperative complications was observed in two groups,score of SASand SDS were contrstes between experimental groupand control group.Results incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower in experimental group than in control group（P0.05）,score of SASand SDS were in experimental group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of holism nursing care in the perioperative care on radical operation of mastocarcinoma could relieve psychologic obstacle,lessen postoperative complications,promote rehabilitation of patients.
