Effects of life habits on human body composition of perimenopausal women

摘要 目的:探讨不同生活习惯对围绝经期妇女人体组成成分的影响,为制定群体保健措施提供依据。方法:选取45~55岁围绝经期妇女132例作为研究对象,采用生物电阻抗法测定人体组成学指标,并随机问卷调查,对其生活习惯予以分型,其资料进行方差分析。结果:运动规律型、饮食饮水重视型以及性生活和谐型分别与相应的其他两型比较、饮食饮水一般型与非重视型比较,体质量、脂肪(%)、肥胖度、体质指数、腰臀比明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),肌肉(%)、骨总量(%)、水分总量(%)显著提高(均P<0.01);运动一般型与非运动型比较,骨总量(%)增高(P<0.05)。结论:中强度规律运动、重视饮食饮水调节及夫妻性生活和谐能减轻体质量、减少体脂及腹部脂肪堆积,增强肌肉、骨量、提高水分;低强度一般运动仅能提高骨量,对减肥无效果。 Objective:To explore the effects of different life habits on human body composition of perimenopausal women,provide a basis for making group health measures.Methods:132 perimenopausal women aged 45~55 years old were selected as study objects,bioelectrical impedance method was used to detect the indexes of human body composition,a random questionnaire was used in the study,and their life habits were classified,the data were analyzed by variance analysis.Results:Body weight,body fat(%),the degree of obesity,body mass index(BMI) and waist-hip ratio decreased significantly(P0.01,P0.05),muscle content(%),total body bone mineral content(%),total moisture content(%) increased significantly(P0.01) in regular movement type,eating and drinking type and sexual harmony type(compared with corresponding the other two types) and general eating and drinking type(compared with non-attentive type);compared with non-sport type,the total body bone mineral content(%) increased in sport type(P0.05).Conclusion:Medium intensity regular movements,diet and water regulation and sexual harmony can reduce body weight,body fat and abdominal adipose accumulation,strengthen muscle,body bone mineral content and increase moisture content;low intensity motion can only improve bone mineral content,but it has no impact on body weight loss.
