血清β-hCG值与滋养细胞浸润输卵管壁深度的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨输卵管妊娠中血清β-hCG与滋养细胞浸润输卵管壁深度的相关性。方法:通过检测输卵管妊娠中血清β-hCG值及用彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI)测量输卵管包块血流阻力指数(RI)值和收缩期、舒张期血流比值(S/D),比较滋养细胞侵入输卵管壁不同阶段三者的差异性及相关性。结果:随着β-hCG水平升高滋养细胞浸润输卵管壁深度加深,RI、S/D值略有下降,但β-hCG值与RI、S/D值无明显相关性(P>0.05),RI与S/D之间呈正相关。β-hCG值越低,RI、S/D值越高,保守治疗效果越好,成功率越高。结论:血清β-hCG值及血流动力学指数是两项独立的指标,均可作为异位妊娠治疗前常规检查项目。在β-hCG值很低或RI、S/D值很高者中仍可能具有输卵管破裂或滋养细胞存活的危险,将三者联合测定,以提高判断的准确性。
