摘要
本文介绍了用硫酸、二乙胺和水基调质剂(水、锅炉排污水及含有CHJ—1型或DUSTALLY 型润湿剂的水或锅炉排污水溶液)对高比电阻飞灰进行调质的实验研究结果,并对水基调质剂的调质机理作了理论探讨。综合考虑调质效果和技术经济性,认为浓度为1/5 000的CHJ-1型润湿剂锅炉排污水溶液是较好的调质剂。
This paper presents the results of a research of the conditioning of the high resistivity flyash with sulfuric acid, diethylamine and water-base conditioning agents(water, sodium-con-tained water discharged from boiler and their solutions containing wetters - CHJ-1 orDUSTALLY). It also discusses the conditioning mechanisms of water-base conditioningagents. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the conditioning effects, technique andeconomy, it is suggested that sodium-contained wetter discharged from boiler with 1/5 000wetter CHJ-1 by volume is preferable as conditioning agent.
