大口径永久性牛瘤胃瘘管手术新方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究反刍动物消化代谢、微生态环境、生理生化等指标,永久性瘤胃试验瘘管是常选用的试验手段之一,广泛应用于教学和科研等实践中,试验采用新的手术方法对4头锦江黄牛进行了永久性人造瘤胃试验瘘管安置手术。结果表明:手术后,所有施术黄牛精神状态、体温及食欲等方面均表现正常。15 d后检查发现,全部施术黄牛的瘤胃壁都与腹膜、腹肌及皮肤愈合在一起,形成自然瘘管,没有出现腹腔感染的现象。说明该手术方法具有过程简单,可操作性强,瘘管不易滑脱,密闭性好,创口恢复快、无感染,没有瘤胃液渗出和感染现象等优点,术后黄牛能正常存活,可长期用于试验。
