螺旋CT自动管电流技术在胸部扫描中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT自动管电流技术在胸部扫描中的应用价值。方法分别采用CT自动毫安技术(Auto mA)和固定管电流(230mA)技术进行胸部扫描,对所获的图像质量及CT辐射剂量进行比较。结果图像质量无明显差别,但CT辐射剂量自动毫安技术(Auto mA)比固定管电流(230mA)技术下降大约60%~80%。结论螺旋CT自动管电流技术(Auto mA)在胸部扫描与固定管电流(230mA)技术在胸部扫描比较无明显图像质量差别,但受检者辐射剂量明显减少。
