Criminology from Lifestyle Perspective

生活方式是在一定社会条件制约下的人与社会、人与人之间的一种交往方式,是人类生活与行为的意义之网。在犯罪学中,生活方式不仅可以理解为被害人的生活方式和犯罪人的生活方式,它还是一种研讨犯罪问题的整体背景、社会环境及基本语境。于是,对犯罪现象、犯罪人、犯罪原因及犯罪治理等问题的思考与解读其实可以转化为对行为、群体或阶层、生活方式与社会秩序的失衡和矛盾、社会治理等四个方面的研讨。

Lifestyle is a way of communication between people, people and society in certain social conditions. It is a network of the meaning of human life and behavior. In criminology, the lifestyle is not only that of victims and perpetrators, but also the overall background of crime, social environment and the basic context. Thus, the thinking and interpretation of crimes regarding the phenomena, victims, reasons and countermeasures can be transformed into the research on behavior, group or class, lifestyle and the imbalances and contradictions of social order, social governance.
