Reflection and Improvement on the Relationship between Procuratorates and Public Security Organs in China

我国检警关系在司法实践中已经出现了诸多问题,亟须加以解决。当前国内学术界的改革意见有数种。综合我国国情,比较符合实际的方案是远期和现期采取不同的改革措施。

Many drawbacks exist in the current relationship between procuratorates and public security organs, which need to be improved urgently. Several academic opinions have been proposed about improvement. According to the national conditions, a relatively realistic solution is to perform the reform by setting up a long -term goal and a recent goal, varying measures from period to period.
