摘要
沙门氏菌是一种人畜共患的病菌,是否存在耐辐照的沙门氏菌一直是沙门氏菌研究的重要问题。以经60Coγ射线辐照后的宠物食品为材料,从中筛选耐辐照的沙门氏菌。采用富集培养的方法,经过2次增菌筛选到疑似的沙门氏菌,再经过生化鉴定确定4株菌为沙门氏菌。考察4株沙门氏菌的耐辐照特性,D10值均在1.81kGy以上,属于耐辐照菌。该类菌株的筛选为宠物食品的后续辐照灭菌提供给了新的辐照指示菌,在生产上具有一定的指导意义。
Salmonella sp. is a kind of zoonosis bacteria and whether radio-resistant Salmonella sp. is existed is an important field in research of Salmonella sp. Using pet food irradiated with ^60 Co gamma rays as material, radio-resistant Salmonella sp. had been screened in this paper. After two rounds of enrichment culture, suspected Salmonella sp. was screened. Four strains were identified as Salmonella sp. by biochemical analysis. The radio-resistance of four strains was examined and they were determined as with strong anti-irradiation properties since their D30 valves were above 1.81 kGy. The screened strains could be used as new irradiation indicator bacterium for irradiation sterilization of pet foods. The work of the paper had certain guiding significance in production.
