摘要
从原油污染的土样中筛选得到了一株产生物表面活性剂的菌株RDY7-1,经细菌生理生化试验和16SrDNA基因序列分析初步鉴定为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),菌株RDY7-1的主要发酵产物通过离子性检测、糖、氨基酸等组分分析初步定性为脂肽类化合物。
Lipopeptide producing strain RDY7-1 was isolated and purified fi：om oil field. The morphology, physiological and biochemical properties of bacteria and 16SrDNA gene sequence demonstrated that RDY7-1 was closely related to the genus Bacillus licheniformis. The main metabolites of strain RDY7-1 were characterized as lipopeptide by ion detection, sugar and amino acid composition analysis.
