摘要
用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了野生毛葡萄改良新品种NW196中各种游离氨基酸的组成。结果表明:改良毛葡萄新品种中含有苏氨酸,缬氨酸,脯氨酸,丙氨酸,γ-氨基丁酸和精氨酸等多种氨基酸,其中一茬果中人体必需8种氨基酸的含量占总氨基酸含量的17.94%,γ-氨基丁酸的含量占总氨基酸含量的5.76%;二茬果中人体必需8种氨基酸的含量占总氨基酸含量的20.63%,γ-氨基丁酸的含量占总氨基酸含量的8.68%。
The determination of free amino acids of NW 196 grape was conducted by automatic amino acid analyzer. The results showed that NW 196 grape contained 18 kinds of free amino acids. The essential amino acids in were 17.94% of the total free amino acid and contained 5.76% γ-GABA by first-crop NW196 grape. And there were contained 20.63% total free amino acid, 8.68% γ-GABA by second-crop NW196 grape.
