摘要
目的建立测定复方苦参子洗液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法采用SinoChrom ODS-BP(250 nm×4.6 nm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol.mL-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(1090),用稀磷酸调pH 3.5;流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm。结果苦参碱与氧化苦参碱分别在9.20~110.40 mg.L-1与25.60~307.20 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均回收率分别为98.97%与99.51%,RSD分别为1.32%与1.20%。结论该方法简单,结果准确、可靠,可用于复方苦参子洗液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination the content of matrine and oxymatrine in compound Kushenzi lotion.Methods SinoChrom ODS-BP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitile-0.05 mol·mL-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(1090).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 220 nm.Results The calibration curve of matrine and oxymatrine were in good linearity within the range of 9.20-110.40 mg·L-1 and 25.60-307.20 mg·L-1(r0.999),the average recovery rates were 98.97%(RSD was 1.32%) and 99.51%(RSD was 1.20%),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable,and it can be used for the quality control in determination of matrine and oxymatrine in compound Kushenzi lotion.
