丙泊酚静脉麻醉联合B超引导下人工流产术临床效果分析

Clinical observation of induced abortion guided by propofol venous anesthesia and ultrasound

目的探讨丙泊酚静脉麻醉在B超引导下人工流产术中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2009年11月至2010年11月在北京武警总医院自愿接受人工流产术患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察患者镇痛满意率、宫口松弛情况和孕囊及绒毛吸刮出宫腔的时间。结果观察组镇痛效果满意,无疼痛者99例,有效率99%,对照组无疼痛者为0例,2组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫口松弛优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕囊及绒毛吸刮出宫腔的时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚静脉麻醉与B超联合应用于人工流产手术,镇痛效果好,不良反应小,安全可行。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of propofol venous anesthesia in ultrasound-guided induced abortion.Methods Two hundred pregnant patients who voluntarily accepted induced abortion from November 2009 to November 2010 in General hospital of Chinese Armed Police Forces were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients＇ satisfied rate of analgesia,relaxation of uterine orifice and time when gestational sac and chorionic villi were curettaged from uterus were observed.Results Observation group had a good analgesic effect.There were 99 patients had no pain,and the effective rate was 99%.There was 0 patient in control group suffered from pain,and there were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Patients＇ relaxation of uterine orifice in observation group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Patients＇ time when gestational sac and chorionic villi were curettaged from uterus in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The ultrasound-guided induced abortion with propofol venous anesthesia has a good analgesic effect,lower adverse reaction and therefore can be safely used for clinical application.
