青海省常见野生蔬菜人工驯化栽培试验

Research of Artificial Domestication Common Wild Vegetables in Qinghai Province

为了使野生蔬菜像常规蔬菜产品大批量进入市场,满足消费者的需求,对青海省几种常见野生蔬菜进行人工驯化栽培试验,筛选出了适宜露地及温室人工栽培的6种野生蔬菜,分别为野胡萝卜、蒲公英、荨麻、荠菜、苣荬菜、马齿苋。

To make the wild vegetables go into the market in large quantities as a conventional vegetable product,and meet consumer＇s demand,research of artificial domestication and cultivation of some common wild vegetables in Qinghai province were carried out.Six wild vegetables in which suitable to cultivated in open field and greenhouse were screening out.It includes wild carrot,dandelion,nettle,shepherd＇s purse,sonchus,purslane,respectively.
