腹壁切口疝29例治疗体会

Abdominal incision hernia 29 cases of treatment experience

目的分析腹壁切口疝的易发因素、补片修补方法、修补术后预防感染措施。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年6月间收治的腹壁切口疝29例，从疝的大小、修补方法、伴发病以及术后感染等方面对切口疝的修补进行分析讨论。结果29例术后恢复顺利，无严重并发症，切口感染2例（7％），未出现补片排异反应。随访6个月～4年无复发，无死亡。结论肌筋膜前方法（Onlay方法）手术安全可靠，复发率低，不失为治疗腹壁切口疝的好方法。

Objective Analysis of incision hernia abdominal the risk factors, the patch repair methods and measures to prevent infection after repair. Methods Retrospective analysis January 2005 between June 2009 were abdominal incision hernia 29, from the size, hernia repair methods, comorbid symptoms and aspects of postoperative infection of incision hernia repair are discussed. Results Twenty-nine patients without serious complications, postoperative recovery smoothly, the incision in- fection in 2 cases （7 %,2/29）, did not appear the patch rejection. With the 6 months to 4 years without recurrence and no death. Conclusion Myofascial former method （Onlay method） surgery is safe and reliable, and the recurrence rate is low abdominal incision hernia treatment of good method.
