腹腔镜胆囊切除术中及术后出血八例教训分析

The lessons anelysis of 8 cases of hemorrhage laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）出血性并发症的认识、处理及教训。方法回顾性分析2002年5月至2010年8月LC发生出血性并发症8例的临床资料。结果术中活动性出血3例，均中转开腹止血；术后出血5例，行开腹手术2例，行保守治疗3例。全部病人治愈。结论重视基础理论、基本知识和加强基本功的训练是减少或避免LC出血性并发症发生的根本和关键。

Objective To discuss the recongnition, surgical treatment, and lessons of hemorrhage of gallbladder after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with the hemorrhage of gallbladder after laparoscopic cholecysectomy from May 2002 to August 2010. Results Eight cases were recovery. Three cases of hemorrhage of gallbladder during cholecystectomy, 5 cases of hemorrhage of gallbladder after cholecystectomy. Conclusion The prevention of hemorrhage of gallbladder during cholecystectomy lays emphasis on the basic theory and careful manipulation.
