动态磁共振在盆底肛门直肠疾病中的诊断价值 被引量：5

摘要 动态磁共振（MR）技术在盆底功能性疾病的诊断应用，是近20年才逐渐发展起来的。90年代初，Kruyt等开始应用动态MRI分析肛直肠功能解剖及动态变化。1998年，Hilfiker等用0．5T超导式MR设计了MR排粪造影术，采用生理体位进行盆底功能MR检查。然而，
