摘要
环境饮水中无机砷(iAs)污染物是影响人类健康的毒物和致癌物,世界卫生组织(WHO)已经给出了人类饮水中iAs暴露的推荐和管理限值,而目前急需关于砷毒性相关化学形态的确认、各种毒性的作用模式和可能的易感人群信息等关键资料。今后的研究工作中应注意解决这些问题,将更好地保护砷暴露人群的健康。
Inorganic arsenic (iAs), an environmental drinking water contaminant, is a human toxicant and carcinogen. Although WHO has developed recommendations and regulations that limit human exposure to iAs in drinking water, critical information about the toxicology of this metalloid is still needed, including identification of the chemical species of arsenic, the action modes of various toxicities and potentially susceptible populations. Therefore, future research should focus on these goals to better protect the health of iAs-exposed populations.
