莠去津+特丁津+乙草胺悬浮剂的气相色谱分析

Determination of Atrazine-terbuthylazine-acetochlor SC by GC

采用气相色谱法分析检测三元复配农药制剂250 g/L莠去津+250 g/L特丁津+125 g/L乙草胺悬浮剂,用FID检测器,对试样中莠去津、特丁津和乙草胺3组分进行分离和定量检测。莠去津、特丁津和乙草胺的平均回收率分别为100.4%、100.2%和100.6%;变异系数分别为0.326%、0.291%、0.465%。

Analysis method was the determination of 250 g/L atrazine and 250 g/L terbuthylazine and 125 g/L acetochlor SC by GC on DB-5 column （30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm）, with FID detector. The average recovery of atrazine, terbuthylazine and acetochlor were 100.4%, 100.2%, 100.6% respectively. And the variation coefficient were 0.326%, 0.291%, 0.465%.
