摘要 运用DIMINE软件在三维环境中对某铁矿的无底柱崩落法进行回采设计。首先导入地质剖面图,通过不规则三角网生成地质体模型。然后导入实测巷道数据生成巷道模型。切割矿体及岩体模型形成采场模型,在采场模型中设置炮孔剖面生成爆破边界和扇形炮孔。对炮孔进行自动装药并计算装药量。最后进行炮排和进路出图并计算技术经济指标。通过运用DIMINE软件,快速准确地在三维环境下完成了无底柱采矿设计。 DIMINE software is used in the stoping design for non-pillar caving mining of iron-ore mine.Firstly,geologic sectional drawing is imported into DIMINE software,geologic body model can be produced with TIN.Then laneway models can be generated by imputing the measured data and stope models can be generated by cutting orebody and rock models.Blasting boundary and fanholes can be generated by disposing section of blastholes.A charge design and charge quantity calculation will be automatically completed by DIMINE.At last,DIMINE can output drawings of blastholes arrangement and access section,also technical and economic indicators can be calculated.It is concluded that with the help of DIMINE,a 3D design can be quickly and accurately completed for non-pillar mining.
