摘要
双圆柱活塞纯刚体模型及把头部当作一维杆的弹性波传播理论模型都不能反映双圆柱活塞冲击钎杆的实际情况,为此提出了双圆柱活塞撞击钎杆的双质量双弹簧系统模型(DMDS)并进行了受力分析,导出了该系统模型的微分方程并给出了其解析解;解决了其他理论模型不能反映双圆柱活塞撞击钎杆的入射应力波形前沿的问题。与其他理论模型给出的波形相比,DMDS系统模型给出的波形与实测波形更一致。
Both rigid model of double-cylinder piston and theoretical model of elastic wave propagation taking head of the piston as one-dimension rod cannot reflect practical situation while double-cylinder piston striking drill rod,so a double-mass double-spring system model(DMDS) for double-cylinder piston striking drill rod is proposed.After force analysis for DMDS,a differential equation of this system model is educed,and its analytical solutions are also presented.It has solved the existing problem,the incident stress wave front due to double-cylinder piston striking drill rod cannot be reflected by other theoretical models.Compared with the wave given by other theoretical models,the wave given by DMDS system model is closely similar to the measured wave.
