1998 年汛期,为了与长江洪水错峰,减少荆江大堤防洪压力,清江隔河岩水库蓄水高达203-94m ,超过了千年一遇的洪水标准- 为了掌握高水位下大坝工作性态,本文根据安全监测资料对大坝关键部位的工况进行了初步分析,得出了一些有益的结论,为今后防汛提供了决策依据-
