摘要
研究了低铝硅比堆积型细泥铝土矿的浮选脱硅,结果表明:堆积型铝土矿矿泥量大,传统处理沉积型铝土矿的药剂制度对低铝硅比堆积型铝土矿分选效果不佳。采用新型活化剂TK,大幅提高了铝矿物回收率,成功实现了低铝硅比堆积型铝土矿的浮选脱硅。对于铝硅比为3.23的云南某堆积型铝土矿,经浮选脱硅,可以得到铝硅比为9.24、A l2O3回收率为69.91%的精矿。
Desiliconization of a fine accumulative bauxite with low A/S value by flotation was studied.The results show that,because of the large proportion of slime,the separation efficiency of this accumulative bauxite is not good when following the traditional reagent system for sedimentary bauxite flotation.Using a newly-developed activator,TK,the recovery of aluminum minerals can be evidently increased,and the desiliconization by flotation process of fine accumulative bauxite with low A/S value is successfully realized.After flotation desiliconization,a concentrate with A/S value of 9.24 and with Al2O3 recovery of 69.91% can be obtained from an accumulative bauxite with a low A/S value of 3.23 from Yunnan Province.
