西北某复杂铜铅锌银多金属矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对西北某铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿共生关系密切,且铜铅锌矿物嵌布粒度极细的特点,使用选择性较强的铜捕收剂YK1-11和方铅矿抑制剂YK3-09等浮选药剂,采用优先浮选工艺流程,成功实现了铜铅锌的分选,获得铜精矿含铜17.12%、含银4 753 g/t、铜回收率61.16%、银总回收率83.99%,铅锌混合精矿含铅25.19%、含锌28.5%、铅回收率43.11%、锌回收率33.1%,铅精矿含铅48.11%、铅回收率27%,锌精矿含锌43.26%、锌回收率43.27%的指标。为类似复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的开发与利用提供了新的思路。 According to the characteristics of a Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic sulfide ore from Northwest China,such as the close paragenetic relationship of minerals and the fine dissemination of copper,lead and zinc minerals,reagents with better selectivity,such as copper collector,YK1-11,and galena depressant,YK3-09,were chosen,a Cu-Pb-Zn selective flotation flowsheet was adopted and the Cu/Pb/Zn separation was effectively actualized.A copper concentrate with a copper grade of 17.12% and a silver content of 4753 g/t can be obtained,while the recovery of copper and silver reached 61.16% and 83.99%,respectively.Meanwhile,a lead-zinc bulk concentrate containing 25.19% of lead and 28.5% of zinc can be prepared with recovery of lead and zinc reaching 43.11% and 33.1%,respectively.Then,a lead concentrate with a lead grade and recovery of 48.11% and 27%,respectively,and a zinc concentrate with a zinc grade and recovery of 43.26% and 43.27%,respectively,can be reclaimed.This study provides a new approach for the exploitation and utilization of Cu-Pb-Zn ore resources.
