摘要
研究了高砷低品位金矿采用焙烧预处理进行氰化提金的工艺。以CaCO3作为焙烧固定剂,Pb(NO3)2作为助浸剂,最佳实验条件为:磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90%,焙烧时间4 h,CaCO3用量为矿量的2%,焙烧温度650℃;助浸剂Pb(NO3)2用量200 g/t,预处理4 h,NaCN用量1.2 kg/t,浸出时间22 h,浸出温度20℃,pH=11,液固比2.5,搅拌速度900 r/min,此条件下金的浸出率达到80.67%。
The process for gold recovery with Cyanide from a low-grade high-arsenic-containing gold deposit by roasting pretreatment was studied.It is concluded that choosing CaCO3 as a fixing agent for roasting,Pb(NO3)2 as leaching agent,the gold leaching rate can be 80.67% under the following optimum conditions: with 90% particles of-0.074 mm grinding size,being roasted at a temperature of 650 ℃ for 4 hrs with dosage of CaCO3 2% of the ore feed and 1.2 kg/t of leaching agent Pb(NO3)2,pretreated for 4 h with 1.2 kg/t of NaCN,leaching at a temperature of 20 ℃ for 22 h from a solution with pH=11,liquid-solid ratio of 2.5 at a mixing speed of 900 r/min.
